A single-vehicle crash on a Perth County highway Monday afternoon resulted in charges for both the driver and a passenger.
Two occupants were taken to hospital with minor injuries after the collision on Perth Line 20 in West Perth just after 3:30. Two other occupants were not injured.
The driver, a 20-year-old from Kitchener, was charged with careless driving while a 20-year-old passenger from Waterloo was charged with not wearing a seatbelt.
